Neither of us came from a coding background. That is the useful bit. We have both done the manual version, so we know which parts of a process actually hurt and which only look inefficient on a diagram.
Why we started
AI moves faster than any owner has time to follow. Big companies have departments for that. Everyone else works it out between jobs, or gets sold something they do not need.
We think that gap is unfair and closeable, and closing it is the whole job.
How we work
We read your actual files before building anything. Every case study has a section on what we found that the client did not know. That is not a marketing device. It is what looking properly turns up.
We also say no. Twice on one build, to work we could have billed for, because it would have made their business worse.
