Who we are

What we collect, and why
We collect as little as possible. There are only two ways we get your information.
When you fill in the enquiry form. Your name, business name, email address, what you tell us about your problem, and roughly how many hours a week it costs you. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a call. Nothing else.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If we later add analytics, we will name the tool here and ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.
Our legal basis
For the enquiry form, our basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us about work, so replying is what you would reasonably expect.
Who else sees it
We keep the list short on purpose.
- Google Workspace, our email and document provider. Enquiries are recorded in a spreadsheet in our own Drive.
- n8n, the automation platform that routes enquiry form submissions to us. Enquiries pass through it on the way to our inbox.
- Cloudflare, our hosting and spam protection provider.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to anyone else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, so we have context if you come back. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Client data
If you become a client, any personal data inside the systems we build for you stays in your accounts, not ours. That is a deliberate design decision, not an accident, and it is described on every case study on this site. Where a build genuinely requires us to process personal data on your behalf, that gets a separate written agreement before any work starts.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us using it. Email fahhkmltd@gmail.com and we will respond within one month, usually much sooner.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date below.
