What this page covers

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover work we do for clients. That is governed by the proposal and scope you sign before anything starts, and if the two ever disagree, your signed proposal wins.

FHAi is the trading name of FAHHKM LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17061972.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote and share anything here. Please do not copy the site wholesale, present our case studies as your own work, or scrape it to train a model.

The words and layout on this site belong to FHAi. Our case studies describe real client work and are published without naming the client, unless that client has confirmed in writing that we may name them.

What is on the case study pages

Every number on our work pages comes from a real build and is recorded in our own build records. Before and after figures are what we measured for that client, in their situation.

They are not a promise about yours. Two businesses with the same problem can save very different amounts of time, and we will always give you a realistic figure for your own process in writing before you commit to anything.

The guarantee

Our guarantee is this: if we fail to build the system set out in your proposal, we keep working at no additional cost until it is running and doing what it was meant to do.

The exact terms sit in each proposal, because what counts as delivered depends on what was scoped. It does not cover things outside our control, such as a third party changing or withdrawing their API, you changing the underlying process after we build it, or work that was explicitly listed as out of scope.

What we do not promise

This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or entirely free of errors.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or HR advice. Our case studies describe automation work, not professional advice in the client’s field.

Where we link to other sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
